Prices quoted are CLIENT NETT. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notification. This price list is effective from the 1 st day of the month, printed at the head of each page and supersedes all previously issued price lists and price agreements unless otherwise specified in writing. All orders will be supplied in complete unit packs as per the price list.

PAYMENTS

All payments shall be with credit card on shipping, unless the CLIENT and such account have been applied for and account status has been confirmed in writing. All goods remain the property of Q-IMAGING USA Inc. until paid for in full. In the event of the buyer failing to make payment of any amount due by it on the due date, it shall be liable to all costs incurred by us in the recovery of such debt on the Attorney, together with collection charged according to the prescribed tariff.

INTEREST

Interest at the ruling prime rate plus 2% will be levied on any amount outstanding after the due date, and the account will be closed until paid up to date.
Unless contrary terms for payment have been provided herein, the buyer shall effect payment for goods within thirty (30) days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Interest shall be paid on all outstanding accounts at above-mentioned rate. In the event of the buyer failing to effect payment of the purchase price within seven (7) days from date of demand, we shall be entitled, at our opinion, and notwithstanding any indulgence or relaxation granted to the buyer, to cancel this agreement of sale and repossess the goods or the balance thereof. We shall be entitled to re-sell such goods either by auction or by private treaty, and the buyer shall be passed a credit for all amounts received in excess of the expenses of recovery and resale, and shall be liable for any shortfall.

CREDITS

No product will be accepted by the company for credit unless approval has been granted by management.
